It took me three weeks to get my money back from them. In those three weeks I had to call every single day and write emails. They gave me the run around about verifying who I am. Even after sending my proof documents multiple times they would ask for them again over again changing up what documents they needed and how they wanted them received. So finally after getting verified I spent two weeks fighting with them to get them to send the money to my method of original payment. And after two more weeks of stalling they sent the payment so they said. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the matter resolved before I finally received my money back. Part of my money I did not receive back to my method of original payment they opened a moneybookers account for me without my permission and sent part of my money there and I had to go thru the withdrawl process all over again at moneybookers.com. The who whole reason I withdrew my money back from Bank De Binary is because they could not execute my trades because they had liquidity problems. All in all by the time I was done with Banc De Binary I was so mad and tic offed it took a long while for me to calm down. This company will stop at nothing to keep your money.
