Like the other complaints I have also read, my husband and I too have been scammed by this man. We have since found several complaints, multiple addresses and phone numbers, and extremely SHADY information surrounding this man, James Gebhard, and his company "Jimmy G's Painting".
While we haven't been robbed or scammed out of thousands of dollars like other complaints we have read, this man still SCAMMED us nonetheless.
Jimmy G's painting owner James Gebhard is a scam artist. He will take your money as a "deposit" and then not perform the job he is contracted to do. We are currently pursuing legal action against him and Better Business Bureau claims. Never ever had any problem like this before. He is NOT trustworthy. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Our case should be a simple one.. we have a signed contract stating how much I gave him, when he was to do the job, and a paper trail of emails and phone calls stating he would refund our money since he BACKED OUT OF THE JOB LAST MINUTE.
Thank God for TRUSTWORTHY contractors out there... JIMMY G IS CERTAINLY NOT ONE OF THEM!!
