I ordered a pair of shoes to be mailed to a friend in Miami FL. Instead the thieves mailed a sponge to my home in Ithaca NY. There are many similar complaints on your website. I put it in dispute with Paypal. Paypal is defending the thieves, not me. Paypal is acting on automatic pilot, they are NOT investigating. Because the seller mailed a sponge, the seller was able to provide "tracking info" so Paypal's first response was to say I received my item. When I escalated the dispute, they told me to return the sponge to China. There are many similar cases on your website and Paypal is enabling them, because that's where they make their money. They are so entrenched in our monetrary system, that bad customer relations don't matter. Paypal does not stand to gain anything by returning my money and admitting fraud. They stand to gain, by supporting this thieving seller. Paypal is to blame for doing nothing to stop them.
