I keep getting the following message from PayPal: "We've tried to process your automatic payment several times, and it is now past the original due date. You should contact VBBCOM LIMITED to pay what you owe." At least 3 years ago I called, wrote, and emailed PayPal and VBBCOM to tell them that I did not owe any such bill and they should stop trying to process any PayPal transaction, as I did not authorize any such continuing account. But they have never stopped.
