I was not even aware that a Paypal Smart Connect account was opened in my name and I get a phone call from a collection agency stating that I owe $291. Never received any statements in the mail yet they were able to give me my full mailing address! I do not owe this money but if I do not pay my credit will suffer - Paypal is a scam!!
