I rented a ski cabin in Moonridge, Big Bear CA for a week, with the understanding that my security deposit would be returned after my stay. The cabin had a number of problems and was not as advertised plus the owner has not returned my security deposit. He has not returned repeated calls to address this issue. Do not do business with Ed Forrester of San Diego.

This property is on www.VRBO.com Listing #158574 and u can add a review. I found he has other properties vacation homes. This must be stopped, let's work together to get our money back!

- I rented a Big Bear cabin from "Edward Forrester" (DBA ENL Investments LLC) on 2/11/17. The property was left in immaculate condition and after my stay Ed had promised the security deposit of $125 was sent back to me as a check over 2 weeks ago. I have followed up with him several times and have not yet seen the refund, either via check or electronic payment. The other posts on here seem to be the same and it looks like he tries to scam people and not return their deposit. Property is located at 572 Douglas Street, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Beware of this scam!
