I rented a Big Bear cabin from "Edward Forrester" (DBA ENL Investments LLC) on 2/11/17. The property was left in immaculate condition and after my stay Ed had promised the security deposit of $125 was sent back to me as a check over 2 weeks ago. I have followed up with him several times and have not yet seen the refund, either via check or electronic payment. The other posts on here seem to be the same and it looks like he tries to scam people and not return their deposit. Property is located at 572 Douglas Street, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Beware of this scam!
