ordered a website from brainhost with platinum package,from day one could not get into the website.i e-mailed brainhost 3 times on this matter,they said they would fix it. i still can not get into the site.i called to cancell the whole thing on 3-5-12. my payment recieved invoice dates 2-5-12 at 2:32 AM.SHE SAID IT HAS BEEN OVER 30 DAYS AND HER INVOICE IS DATED THE 4TH.I AM A SENIOR ON A FIXED INCOME AND THAT MONEY CAME OUT OF MY DISABILITY PAY.THEY WANT TO GIVE ME 159.85 BACK OUT OF 332.00 A TOTAL RIPOFF.
