i paid for unlimited hosting for life back in 2012, just recently they started sending me invoices for all sorts of things. I complained and they changed it to charging me for the domain name, i then asked for epp and authorisation codes to transfer my domain to godaddy, within 24 hrs the ticket was marked as "customer reply" and my site has been offline since. That was a week ago, I have tried with 4 different computers all with cleared cache and my site is not visible. They won't reply and give me my codes but they do keep sending me reminders to pay for a domain that I already own. I have written to icann. My hosting for life is obviously worthless.
