I purchase my domain, unlimited host package and a couple of more things from them and of course the yearly domain renewal fee and for about 1 year I cannot work on my website since the website is more down than active. Recently I paid $25 to renew my domain and since then (after they charged my credit card), I cannot reach them either by email of phone. They do not exist anymore. I need to find them somehow at least to have the domain unlocked , to get the authorization code and to disable disable domain privacy in order to move my domain to another host provider.
I also, need to get a refund for paying hosting for life and this is not happening.
