I signed up for the free website, had to pay for a domain name. Then had to pay for security. Then had to pay for SEO. When my 30 days ran out, I could not access my site and it kept crashing. When I called support it took an average of 12 hours to get a response and no one ever fixed anything. When I launched my site on August 1, the old site from 7/21 launched without any of the changes. All the articles are scheduled to release on Aug 1 and none of them did. The forms don't work and no one answers the phone. The site crashes at least 3 times a day and since my 30 days expired, I am down more than I am up. No one at customer service, tech support or "the big techs" when a 911 ticket gets submitted ever fix anything.
