First ad says free 30 day supply, then when you click on the button the next page is for a 14 day free trial, pay $4.95 for shipping. The ad said no strings attached & a 100% money back guarantee. I ordered on 2/11/12, they billed me on 2/12/12 for the shipping. I received the product on 2/16/12. Eight days later they billed me for $92.95. They never said anything about billing me for the product.
I never received the confirmation e-mail and their was no information about the company in the package. Their web-site has a contact us e-mail but no phone number.
Since they charged me on a Saturday, I have to wait until Monday to see if I can stop my bank from paying on it.
I saved the pages that I placed the order on & it doesn't say anything about being billed for the product anywhere. Most 14 day trials require that you send the product back if you don't like it, but it doesn't say anything about that either. They don't give you an address or phone number to contact for the money back guaruntee. The address on the shipping envelope was for Global Fulfillment, 400 Cleveland St, Suite 800, Clearwater, FL 33755.

I just want to say again that I saved the pages that I ordered from to my computer & have just re-read them. There is no phone number & no fine print about being charged later.

Hi Mary,
I was also scammed by tlbodywellness also known as Global Fulfillment.
£119 taken from my account. Have called my credit card company who say they will block any more payments. The company say they will refund me but I'm not holding my breath.

I got a phone call from a man who said he would take my card details for the shipping costs I was just putting my card number in on the web page when he called set the alarm bells ringing checked here and found out they are Total Scammers reading this page prevented me from finishing filling the card payment details for this product thank you to everyone on Scambook you saved me a fortune

So glad you avoided this nightmare company Moira ! Well done for your quick thinking.

In the end I did get all my money back....my bank intervened on my behalf, plus I sent all their unsolicited goods back....but it was quite scary and SUCH A HASSLE....who needs it ?
