i ordered a free trial of aqualift and vitaderm for s&h my account was charged 74.99 and 79.99 twice. when i received the second shipment i returned asking for a refund. i haven't heard anything from them. they have received the package i checked the confirmation #. there was nothing in the package saying i would owe them anything.I donot have a phone number to call them. they are a really sorry company. false advertising. brenda
