I am disgusted that this company have taken $134.58 from my account without my permission. There is no mention in the add that a further payment will be due if not cancelled. When I emailed the company I was told I had 14days to cancel starting from the day of ordering, but infact the payment was taken 4 days after the initial payment and I hadn't even received the products when they took the $134.58. No chance whatsoever to cancel. I would have been to late to cancel even if I had read the small print. Which I didnt see, the first I new was when I looked at my statement. I also purchased the other product recommended to be used together, which is ReNue. So a total of $205.07 was taken from my account. I have been using these products for 3 weeks with no inprovement in my skin.
