Leather i-Pad cover was never received. Somehow (don't know how I did it) I was able to send an email to them. They responded and asked me to contact them if it was not received by Feb. 8th, 2012. To access their LIVE CHAT, you must be a member and pay a monthly fee. I refuse to do that! I have scoured their site and can find NO way to contact them. Please help me.
