I ordered some boots for my pup on October 20, 2012. I waited three weeks and nothing came so I talked to a customer representative, they told me to wait a few more days and then if I hadn't received my item to get back to them. I waited one week before I contacted them again. Still my item had not arrived. When I contacted them, they said to wait a few more days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days. By now it had been more than a month. I last messaged them a little over a week ago to tell them that my item never arrived and that I want a refund. After constant messages back and forth (mind you they again stated I should wait a few more days) they finally agreed and said I would have a refund within two days. It had been about a week and I still had not received a refund or my product. I contacted them for the last time a few days ago and I have a written script of everything they said to me. Still to this day they have not refunded my money and oh btw my item has not arrived.

This is a crummy company they do not service any customers. They lie and steal!! Do not buy from them!
