I purchased a tablet and it took 3 weeks to arrive and to my dismay it is faulty and does not work as it should...I have tried to contact Dinodirect...to help to send me the number for a return for a refund. They do not answer any emails. On the web page it states you must have this number to get a refund.....so I am stuck with a tablet that does not work properly...and looks as if my money is gone too.
