I will never order from them again, I will warn my family and firends about how they scam you. I called my order in for (1) slice o matic, Just placeing the order was a 1/2 hr "long time to process this order. I was offered all these other items that I was not intrested in for almost 1/2 hr. Just to place one order. Then a few days later I received a call with a gentleman attempting to pressure me to purchase the additional orders that I had already refused when I placed my order on the phone. I threaten that I will miss out on getting a free surprise gift if I didnt order the other items. Then after receiving the slice o matic pkg there were (3) when I only ordered (1) which the charged my card for (3). I was very up set that the took so long to answer the phone when I call to complain. The customer service had a lady to answer who did not speak English clear enough to understand, had to keep requesting her to repeat what she was saying. She then told me to be sure to write a number on the return pkg. I told her it was not fair that I would have to send the items back in order that I than get it taken care of on my card. I then got a dial tone "she hung up" What a bad Scam.. Never Ever Will I Order anything from them again!
