On or about Dec 1, I got on the Slice O Matic website and tried to order a Slice O Matic. It told me that my credit card was not accepted. I tried again with another credit card and again was told that my credit card was not accepted. I checked my credit card account and verified that everything was ok and tried again and was told that my credit card was not accepted. I never received a confirmation that my order(s) had been received or accepted but on Dec 6th, I received an email that three orders had been shipped to me for a total of $114.91. I e-mailed them and asked that they cancel the orders but got no reply. I called them on Dec 22nd after I had received the 5 slice o matics and asked that I could return 4 of them which they gave me return authorizations for, but I would have to pay return shipping plus shipping and handling from them. So, I get one of the Slice O Matics and it cost me $56.00. They would not acknowledge any responsibility for their web problems or lack of confirmation of my orders prior to shipping
