Rec'd Samples for shipping of $8.92, billed on credit card 12-30-2011. Since then I have rec's no more product but have been billed for product I never received:

$ 49.99 Aqualift (pd. 1-29-12)
$ 79.99 Vitaderm (not pd.)

$409.94 total product billed but not received as of 2-6-12
I am working with my Credit Card Co. to get a refund.
