A sign came up that her computer had a virus and needed protection renewal. It would not let you out of the screen to do the renewal. I thought it was legit since I had bought the computer and it had windows xp virus protection on it when I bought it. It put a horrible virus on her computer and it won't work hardly at all. My Bank of America Visa was alerted (this scam wouldn't use it) but it was charged to my debit card instead. How do I get my money back ?
