A warning came up telling me I needed a Windows update virus control app added to my computer and I was in danger of getting a virus. It would not let me shut off or close down until I bought this app. Thinking it was Windows I did not feel anxious about buying it. I never received the app and I can't substantiate the fraud claim. I want my money back.
