My computer went down from a virus and I ask this company to protect me and all they did was take my money. Had to have another company get my computer back up and I am not now protected. Have had problems all week with computer going off and facebook came in as a foreign language. I cannot find a telephone number for them to try and get my money back. But after seeing this site I guess that is a lost cause.
