Through Ebay.co.uk I bought an 8gb micro sd card. The card proved to be faulty and the company said if I paid a further $3 (£2) postage they would replace it. Neither replacement nor refund have been received in spite of regular contact. The company blame the Post Office.
Also I have now found out that athough the company are showing on Ebay as being based in Bristol, England they are a cover for Rambook from Hong Kong. As the fault was not proven until after 3 months neither Ebay nor Paypal will help. Realise this is a small value product but the principal of the matter is the same whatever the value.
