I purchased some used rear, and front driver and passenger seats from one of your EBay Sellers. Prior to placing the order, I gave the Seller all required specification (Make of Car, Model, Year, etc.) and stipulated that the seats sold had to be able to be installed and everything operate as it did with the old seats (everything works, just old).

The Seller informed me that he had a set of seats that although a year newer, would work and could be installed on the old seat tracks. Again I reiterated that the seats had to be a straight "plug-and-play" set that could be installed and everything worked as before. He guaranteed me that these would work. I placed the order, had them shipped to me, but when installed the car would not even start, as the seats he sold me did not have front seat airbags, so when the connectors were left unconnected the car cannot run.

I called and messaged the seller and told him that the seats he sold me, even after all of my warnings, would not work. We agreed to split the shipping cost to return the seats to him, and he would have the $500 purchase price credited back to my credit card.

I have repeatedly messaged him on EBay for a shipping address to return the seats. He ignores my emails, and will not give me a shipping address.

I called EBay Customer Service/Resolution Center, and we reviewed all messages on EBay between the Seller and myself and verified that my complaint was factual, and was told by EBay that they would talk with the Seller and notify me in writing as to the resolution.

I have not seen or heard nothing from EBay or the Seller, so now I am left with my only recourse which is to use whatever tools available to me.
