Same BS happened to me a short time ago...thinking my PC was affecetd and despite my continuous attempts to activate my McAfee account to detect any issues, this pop up prevented me from doing do indicating it was Microsoft such, I went ahead and paid for the "lifetime" memebership - and immediately checked my banking account after - only to see this companya stghe debitor - this raised my suspicion. I immediately contacted my bank to stop payment - and reported this as a fraudulant charge. Mya ccount will be credited and a new card issued. THIS IS CRAZY. I should ahve known better the price was too goood to be true for "lifetime" I will stick with my McAfee account.
