In august of last year i applied for a loan in which i got enhance services on the phone they took £69.99 off my card and i never got offered a loan through them and i sent all the cancellation forms back on the 16/10/2011 and got promised the money would be back in my bank within 30 days which it wasn't and i rang them again and got told it would be in by december then it was the end of december and now i can't get in touch with them and when i email them they ignore it and i'm getting fed up with it all now
