I had a virus on my computer and it directed me to this website where I downloaded a "new" anti-virus protection. It did eliminate the virus but nothing else. It is not on my computer, can't find it anywhere. I have had no protection since then. I believe the virus was generated by this company. How can I get my money back? I should still be able to use this service if it was legitimate!
