I ordered a pair of black classic Ugg boots from the BestDiscountBoots.com web page for a Christmas gift for my daughter. Upon receipt, I noticed there was no box, and the item was labeled "Made in China". The quality of these boots were inferior to other Ugg boots my family owns. I contacrted the Ugg's Counterfert service observed that, according to Uggs, these boots were countefeit. I contacted BestDiscount Boots (BDB) for a refund since the webpage states "100% Authentic and money back guarentee".
I have not heard back from BDB. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company.
The situation has not been resloved.
