I ordered 2 pair of UGG boots but when they arrived they were not the boots that I ordered. After several emails I was able to get an address so I could return them. I cost me almost $30 to send them back to China and they just showed up back on my doorstep today stating that the address is invalid!!!! I of course have not received a refund and obviously won't be anytime soon. It would be nice if these companies would have to state whether or not they were in the USA or not as I would not order from them. I have been scammed before. FYI stay away from american spyder company same kind of crap.
