I ordered these boots with my mom thinking they were 100% real UGG boots for a really nice discount. Hah! WHAT A LIE! It lied in every single possible way! They were completely fake,took forever to arrive,and we were VERY surprised it came packaged really weirdly and NOT in a box like they said. I obviously sent them back,but of course did not receive any refunds...I tried reaching them,and that didn't work.I see they took down the website?? We are VERY angry!
