I placed an order on 11/25/11. I was told that items were not available due to flooding in Thailand. I don't know what that has to do with items supposedly in stock in Canada. This is the email I was sent...
"We offer our sincere apologize regarding the delay – We are late on shipments since November from the HD orders, ever since the late October flooding in Thailand causing world wide shortages in HD and a rapid spike in orders overwhelming us in November, affecting our regular shipments for other items like LCDs and computer parts. We are still fulfilling most of them – IF you don’t want to wait anymore, We can cancel you’re your order and ISSUE A FULL REFUND BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT."
Long story short they will not give me a refund and sent this to me...
"We are behind on shipments and offer our sincere apologies . We ship most orders within 4-6 Business days and your Part# is shipping out in the next days with an ETA of 3 business days delivery time frame, with tracking details, email us asap regarding this."
After several emails they tell me...
"Your order is being cancelled and a full refund is being issued for this pricing error-
Expect a Cancellation email and the refund details sent to your email on file."
NO REFUND GIVEN!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND A FRAUD!!! THEY PROBABLY DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY INVENTORY. JUST A WEBSITE TO SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZINGCELLULARS.COM!!!
