I ordered a laptop screen from the company on 12/28/2011. They sent me an order confirmation and charged my card for the total amount of $111.81. I went two weeks with not contact from the company so I attempted to call to see what was going on with my order. Their customer service number does not work and the other number listed on their web page seems to constantly be busy. I sent them an e-mail asking where my order was and their response was it was orders take 4-6 business days to process and then it will be shipped. It is now 1/31/2012 and my item still has not shipped and I am still not able to contact their company any way either then through e-mail which they are not quick to respond to.
