i WAS ORDERING A PAIR OF UGG BOOTS FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER AND THIS SITE POPPED UP I THOUGHT IT WAS A SALE THAT THE ORIGINAL UGG SITE WAS HAVING SO I ORDERED AND DID NOT REALIZE THAT IT WAS NOT , HAVE NOT RECEIVED BOOTS AND FOUND OUT THAT THE COMPANY THAT TOOK MY MONEY WAS FROM CHINA NO O NE ANSWERS MY EMAILS CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE BOY DID I LEARN A LESSON ABOUT TRYING TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS, THANK GOODNESS I USED MY CARD FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT AND MY BANK HAS TEMPORARILY CREDITED MY MONEY BACK MY ADVISE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THE FEW PEOPLE I KNOW THAT DID GET BOOTS THEY WERE IN A BAG AND BOTTOM OF BOOT WAS CARDBOARD
