I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this site on 11/25/11. They arrived yesterday and are clearly fakes. There is no doubt about it (not true to size; funky lettering on logo; sole like a slab of cement). I found an email address associated with my original order and contacted them. I was amazed they even responded, but their answer was that they would refund my money LESS the shipping costs to China which they admitted would be high - or that they'd send me $45 and I could keep the boots (which I don't want).
