Rep from USBI called stating their company would be able to save me money on my long distance. The sales rep was very thourough in his sales pitch. I (thought) I was pretty thourough in asking the right question about how low my bill would be and if I would see surprise charges (I told him what my total phone bill was and if I could save money I would switch my services). He assured me I would not see anything out of the ordinary. The person on the line said that my phone bill would be reduced, implying there will be a reduction on my AT&T bill. The charges on my AT&T bill have never been over $95 but when I got my bill in October I was charged an extra $58.28 from USBI and now my November statement is out and the charges from USBI are $51.52. USBI is a company NOT TO TRUST!!!! Your Bill will not be reduced!!!! Stay with your telephone provider for long distance do not trust the Sales People selling the USBI Long Distance Services!!! Don't bother calling customer service, they are rude!!! They tell you in a very unkind way you should have listened better and read the fine print...

Signed,

P.Oed about My Bill
