I have new phone service from AT&T. USBI charges appeared on my bill which pre-dated when the phone service was installed (AT&T installed service on 10/3, USBI charged me for service on 9/30). After calling AT&T and USBI and wasting 45 minutes, USBI informed me that they already billed me for October (unauthorized) and that I have to call back after I get my November bill from AT&T to have them removed. I refuse to do that. I will not be forced to waste more of my time correcting their "mistake".
