I answered an advertisement for the above company I eagerly awaited the goods a free trial and all I would pay was the shipping costs. I would then received a further months supply but if I wished to cancel the order then I should phone or email them and cancel. I still have not received any goods at all and on 15/11/11 two payments of £3.20 plus £1.50 overseas transaction charges were made. Because these payments are so small I did not register the fact that they had gone. Today however, my bank account was seriously overdrawn and when I looked at why I found that two payments plus trasaction charges totalling £118.83 had been withdrawn on 28/11/11. I immediately cancelled my card and I called the number given in my order confirmation email and spoke to a guy named CHIP who said that the goods were dispatched on 15/11/11 and that they were obviously caught in customs. (This is supposed to be my free!! trial) I said to CHIP that I wanted my money returned and he said he could not do that as I had not reported my goods had not been received within five days. I explained that there confirmation did say that it could take longer than five days if shipped abroad from the USA. He did not answer this still maintianed that they would not refund the money.

This is a huge scam do not go near.
