I ordered a free trial of leanslim/cleanse and was shocked to see that 2 charges totally $200 went off my visa account. I cancelled the product and received an email on 16Nov 2011 noting cancellation. I returned the product by registered mail on 30 Nov 2011. No money has been refunded to me. Today 27 Feb 2012, after calling to find out where my refund is, I am informed by a rude gentleman that he is being generous and deducting a $50 handling fee and will organise a refund. He informed me he reports to no-one and there is no-one else I can speak to. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - IT IS A SCAM!!!
