I replied to an advert for a 'free trial' excluding shipping. I have since received another package i.e. two lots of product in total (the first being the 'free trial') and had my credit card billed for £269.00. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop any further unauthorised billing. I have put the item in dispute with my credit card company but they cant gaurentee I will get the money back!! I have also e-mailed them demnding they reimburse this money - not holding my breath!!
