I purchsed a 2.4GHZ Wireless Optical Wheel Scroll Mouse with USB REceiver M608 Order Ref # NW98QQBP-DD never received the item or a refund after numerous requests. Only ever has one email response that someone would look it to it but no contact since!

If I was refunded then where is the proof and why was I not notified?
It has taken this report to get a response from your company. I've emailed you guys heaps of times and can't log on to your site as I keep getting an error to say "there is no record of your username password"
Show me the proof of the refund!
