I do not believe that Iam receiving the protection for Identy theft. Also when I requested help to repair and do up dates in my pc it was not done. Services that I am paying for has not been rendered. Therefore I am requesting a full refund of $595.00 immediately. I will filing a dispute against this company with the credit card dept of my bank. Thank you for your time.

If I decide not to sign up for the Premium Support of $9.99 will I be helped with this matter.??
