When I signed up for this clean up service on my laptop; my laptop crashed!!! I had paid $250 for the service which they did eventually reimburse me. However, not for the loss of the laptop which I really cannot expect. HOWEVER, since August of 2015 they have harrassed either my sister or me by phoning, at all hours of the day and night. They do not give a reason for the phone call. They are harassing us!! I want nothing to do with this company and would never recommend this company to anyone. Please, stop phoning customers that are finished with you!! Can you not take NO for an answer?! I will report your company to my phone provider and to the appropriate government complaint agencies. Go away!
