Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel my subscription. I called in two months later after realizing I was being charged 29.95 both months and the jerk I talked to absolutely refused to cancel my subscription until I had used the rest the month and learned about what they had to offer. I am normally extremely cordial and respectful on the phone, but I got flat out rude with this guy and after 30 min of arguing senselessly with this guy and asking to speak to someone else.... I finally hung up. I guess I'll have keep trying.
