I found two charges for $29.95 on my bank account statement 2 days in a row, I called the # on my statement to find out who billed me and ended up on the phone for 2 hours trying to get a refund. I was disconnected twice(I don't think it was an accident) and transferred 3 times just to be told the refund was already being processed and I would receive an email for both(I only received it for 1 charge). I asked several different customer service reps for direct phone numbers but was told they didn't have access to this. The whole thing is a scam.
