I signed up for this company's 'free' trial period on 12/24/16. Called back on 12/28/16 and cancelled the 'free' trial period. On 12/31 I was charged $29.95 but did not see the charge until 1/2/17 on my card statement. I called and was told my money would be refunded within 5 business days. On 1/9, 1/10, 1/12 & 1/16 I called again & have had NOTHING but a runaround from this company! They keep telling me that my money will be refunded within 5 business days. At one point, the woman even said my money had been refunded 3-4 MINUTES before I called!! And of course, it wasn't. Now they are telling me that my refund has to be approved although it was already approved on 1/2/17! These people are nothing but scam artist! BEWARE.
