I had an automatic download of Windows 10 to my Windows 7 Notebook computer. I was unaware of the 30 days to disable this program because I don't go on my notebook computer that often and I'm very upset that this had occurred and I hate the program because it is so confusing and hard to find any of my files and some very important files are gone. Now I can't open the internet after I tried to file a complaint directly to them from my notebook computer. I am now having to use my iPhone to file this complaint. All I want is my Windows 7 reinstalled. Is that to much to ask? Should I report this to the Better Business Bureau for such a small request? Thank you for your time on this matter! [email protected]
