I ordered dr martens shoes on the website dekrukeltjes.nl but got completely different shoes. I sent a message through the cintact form 3 times and replied to the payment mail, and the payment company said they would forward my mail to the seller. I got no reply.

The website suddenly closed while I was typing, I didn't expect my complaint to be saved and added it again
