On 3-29-15 I ordered a Women's Complete Survival Guide, which I never received. The cost for this guide was $4.95. Then for three consecutive months after that I was charged $97.00 by SurviveThrive.Club. I did not authorize theses charges or sign up to join any club. These charges were on my statements for May 2015 through Aug. 2015. I only ordered the book for $4.95. I just noticed these charges as I was going through my 2015 statements to look for medical charges for my income tax return.
