I sent for the Men's Complete Survival System and had my credit card charged $4.95. I never got the System, but my card was charged anyway.
I also got charged $97.00 for dues for your 'Club'.
I never requested to join the 'club' and did not authorize the payment to join it.
I ordered the Survival System on 10/9/15, but never got it.
Please refund the $101.95 or credit my account for it.
